Programs

  • Women Empowerment

It has set up more than 150 "Self-Help-Groups" to support and give possibilities for job training to working women.

To assist their members in forming enduring financial habits, these self-help groups teach them about fiscal responsibility. Give groups of young women similar chances for career training.

The WEDS tailoring centre offers these ladies specific instruction as well. After completing their training, these young ladies are encouraged to enter the workforce.

  • Women's Education

Offers school materials, meals, clothing, shoes, and even individualized follow-ups to assist kids in completing their education.
The target population of WEDS consists of school dropouts who remain with their families, Dalit females, and child labourers. Still, the background is usually not very good. A large number of these families cannot afford to send their kids to school. WEDS helps identify and re-educate school dropouts and child labourers in addition to supporting the education of underprivileged youngsters.
