The goal is for every school in a cluster to exhibit exceptional governance and comprehensive learning. The intervention's principal goal is to leverage specialised domain-level expertise to establish a centre of excellence in every school. Through weekly coaching and demonstration on thematic learning, sports, social, emotional, and ethical learning, as well as community leadership, each school will be assisted in achieving excellence in holistic learning and effective governance. This demonstration will be conducted at a high intensity using a fellowship model.

Together, Kshamtalaya and Educate for Life are assisting two underperforming rural secondary schools in Kotra, an administrative district of Rajasthan, India, to turn them into successful secondary institutions that can serve as models for other educational institutions. Pupils attending these schools will receive assistance finishing their secondary education and making the transition to adulthood as productive, socially and economically engaged members of society.
