In its efforts to enhance the well-being of underprivileged individuals, the NTR Memorial Trust operates a comprehensive healthcare programme encompassing medical camps, blood centres, and thalassemia care. The Trust conducts free medical camps, focusing on areas with limited access, and offering diagnostic and consultation services for chronic illnesses. These camps aim to raise awareness about health and sanitation and provide proper consultations, referrals, and free medicines. NTR Memorial Trust Blood Centers ensure safe blood supply and components through modern facilities and automated equipment, catering to the demand for blood products. Additionally, the Thalassemia Care Centre is dedicated to providing safe blood and medications to thalassemia-affected children, implementing initiatives such as the "Blood Shield Programme" to offer essential support to economically disadvantaged patients.

Addressing the critical issue of clean drinking water accessibility in India, NTR Memorial Trust has pioneered the NTR Sujala initiative. With over 1.2 billion people lacking safe water access and numerous health complications arising from waterborne pathogens, the Trust successfully introduced a Safe Drinking Water Project in Kuppam. Through a cluster-based approach, it established a Mother Plant using advanced technology, serving as a central hub to provide purified water to 20 dispensation units across 20 villages. The project's digital technology ensures real-time water quality monitoring, transparency, and accountability, all while offering affordable access to clean drinking water at Rs. 2/- per 20 litres. NTR Sujala plants have been established in the CRDA region, serving more than 100 villages and benefiting over 50,000 individuals in Andhra Pradesh.

NTR Memorial Trust is dedicated to fostering equality through education, ensuring every individual's access to a fulfilling life. Its Education initiative focuses on orphaned and semi-orphaned children, offering education from basic to professional levels regardless of background. Inspired by Dr. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao's vision, NTR Educational Institutions not only provide quality education but also promote personal growth. The Trust's approach includes granting education access to orphans, emphasizing girl education, awarding scholarships, and establishing slum schools for underprivileged students in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. Through these efforts, the Trust empowers thousands of orphaned children, fostering a brighter future and societal progress.

NTR Memorial Trust is dedicated to enhancing the economic prospects of young individuals, encompassing both men and women, through its Empowerment & Livelihoods initiative. By conducting Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs) and Skill Development Programmes (SDPs), particularly in rural areas, the trust equips youth with the necessary skills for income generation. Its aim is to provide technical and vocational training, instil life skills, and nurture an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring sustained success in their personal and professional lives. Through these efforts, it strives to enhance the economic, physical, and social well-being of youth, transforming them into agents of positive change within their communities. To date, NTR Memorial Trust has trained over 10,000 youth in entrepreneurial and vocational skills, while providing financial assistance and establishing Skill Development Centres to address the evolving demands of markets and empower young aspirants.

The Trust promptly mobilizes resources to provide swift relief and revival of livelihoods, alongside healthcare support. In the wake of calamities such as floods and cyclones, NTR Memorial Trust has established a commendable track record of impactful relief operations. Notable instances include flood relief activities in Kurnool and Mahabubnagar districts, Uttarakhand disaster response, addressing the aftermath of Phailin and Hud Hud cyclones, as well as aiding flood-affected regions in Hyderabad and Kerala. The trust's COVID-19 relief initiatives encompass the distribution of essential supplies, such as face masks, dry rations, meals, fruits, and medicines to underprivileged families across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, reflecting their commitment to alleviating the hardships brought on by the pandemic.
