A variety of crafts are available, such as those made of wood and wrought iron, brass, varied embroidery, cloth, patchwork, and quilting, stitching and needlework, tie and dye work, leather goods manufacturing, and both traditional and modern jewelry creation. Of the migrant workers' craft abilities listed above, four—wood, iron, leather, and embroidery work—are the most commonly practiced by them in the local handicraft market, where middlemen and exporters severely exploit them.
