Menstrual Hygiene Management project is a critical step towards ensuring that women and adolescent girls in Rangareddy and Hyderabad districts have access to affordable and sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions, can manage their menstrual health effectively, and is to empower to make informed decisions about their health. By addressing menstrual stigma, providing comprehensive menstrual hygiene management information, MHM education and awareness in Schools & Women live in Weaker section colonies, and promoting gender equality. The project aims to create a more equitable and supportive environment for women and adolescent girls. The project currently focusing on Hygiene and sanitation management and planning to distribute Reusable sanitary products to the adolescent girls 1000 students in 10 Girls Government High Schools in Hyderabad and Rangareddy district.

The growing need is creating such an impact on every person, resulting which Government of India has taken all possible initiatives to make India as Digital India. During the journey from real world to the virtual world, social Medias are getting flourished day by day. The reformation of digital world is somewhere lacking in proper and effective management in handling social sites. Panchavati Rural Development Society
with collaboration of Dharani Life Skills is intent to carry the Quality Education (SDG-4), and Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG-8) & to offer allied Sector Skill Councils (SSC) Employability Skills Training at their taluk level itself to cater the needs of skills for employment opportunities through Mobile Van (Skills on Wheels). At present we are working on offline in schools.

Impact
e-literacy education for all is a first of its kind of project to reach thousands of rural people. The project’s key approach involves developing skill trained teachers, enable access to Information and communication technology (ICT) education and related life skills at people’s door step through the concept of “Knowledge, Skills and Ability” (KSA). The goal of this project is rural development, productivity, empowerment & eradication of unemployment and poverty. So far we covered 29 high school and primary schools and imparted basic computer education 3900+ children from 2016 to 2023.
Vision and Mission
Their vision is 'Cities without Slums and Environmental Education for All'. Their mission is to empower rural households, especially women, to significantly increase their income and livelihood.
