Established in 2005 and registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1961, Government of West Bengal, BITAN embodies its name—Beautiful Home—by fostering teamwork, collaboration, and empowerment. With a mission to nurture young individuals, BITAN focuses on enhancing self-identity, assertiveness, and skill development to make them responsible and capable members of society. BITAN has built a strong network of partnerships with various government departments, including the Ministry of Youth & Urban Affairs, Ministry of Women & Child Welfare, Department of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, Department of Social Welfare, and Department of Health & Family Welfare**, among others. Additionally, the organization collaborates with corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives from ITC MSK, Ganges Jute, GSK, and international partners like MEMISA-DGD, Belgium.
