The People's Village project, an initiative by the People's Foundation, aims to offer housing to landless individuals who have either lost their resources due to disasters or lack the means to construct a dwelling. With a reach spanning 35 villages in Kerala, this project has made a substantial impact, providing over 1425 beneficiaries with more than 285 houses. It plays a pivotal role in ensuring a dignified living space for those who are in dire need.

This endeavour focuses on rallying community assets and Government allocations to build residences for the less fortunate. The Peoples Startup Project, a bold endeavour by the Peoples Foundation, is aimed at nurturing top-tier entrepreneurs and promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and skill development to accelerate economic growth and the generation of high-value employment opportunities. Launched in 2019, the project remains active, engaging entrepreneurs at various levels. Over 1,000 entrepreneurs have directly benefited, spanning from rural micro-enterprises to medium-sized entrepreneurs with substantial business growth and investment aspirations. The project provides essential technical training and consulting services, utilizing both Government and non-government resources to support entrepreneurs in achieving their goals.
