It is still being implemented in remote tribal area.Apart from the mentioned project, till now we have organized many awareness programs like jurisprudence conferences, social justice and education.

Issue

One of the main problems we face is the problem of transportation. We don't have our own vehicle. We are working by employing local workers. One has to go to cities for quality essentials. 200 kilometers to travel. Bus travel. It is difficult to bring too many essentials at once. If not, the second problem is, We do not have adequate storage facilities. We are persistently conducting this program with temporary arrangements at someone's home. Now that house has also collapsed due to rains. So, the main issue is the economy.

Action

We are based out of a small tribal village called Sand Quarry in ASR District, Andhra Pradesh State. It is a remote tribal area. Between 15 and 17 Puri huts, a village with a population of 69 people. There are 15-20 children in the age group of 5-10 years who came for education. The people who have migrated from this village and are building huts in the name of Parvathinagaram are 4 kilometers away from this village. There are 35 huts with a population of up to 150 people and 45 school-aged children. Children there are not studying because they are away from school. So, having noticed the problem there, we are giving special attention to the education of the children. We are providing education to children through volunteers with limited funds provided by local donors. Similarly we are providing mid-day meal facility. This is an ongoing project. It is called School of Democracy. Along with children there are elderly people who need food. Thus, we serve meals to 150-200 people every day.

Impact

There are no voluntary organizations working to help the people in that area. Hence people are attracted to our services. They want more services. There are 15 - 20 such villages in those forests. Our intention is that mobile education system is better there. They need improvement of medical and infrastructure facilities, good drinking water facility. Also agriculture.
