Its Women Empowerment cell works to support women in need through support in education, livelihood, and entrepreneurship. It has also engaged in providing homes and families for deprived girl children. It has established Village Resource Centres in rural areas in Andhra Pradesh, which work to provide basic amenities in the village, and to provide easy and cost-efficient access to information-based government and business services. Its Medical Aid and Awareness initiative aims to provide accessible and free medical support by conducting medical camps, distributing medicines, and providing treatment. It also conducts camps to raise awareness regarding various health issues. Learn2Lead is a training program for those who wish to improve their careers. Dhatri's School of Learning and Earning provides skill training and links opportunities to unemployed youth below the poverty line. It helps them acquire social and market skills, and develop into potential employees in order to become financially self-sufficient. Dhatri studies the market need and provides appropriate training programs. It also provides training on development of life skills, workplace skills, interview techniques, and technical skills.
