JEEVAN AMRIT PROJECT
Provides access to safe drinking water to local communities through RO plants of capacity 1-2 kilo litres per hour. This project has benefited more than 16,300 families by providing access to safe drinking water from 114 RO plants in Rajasthan, 10 in Gujarat, and two in Andhra Pradesh. Collaborates with the Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Rajasthan to dig five bore wells to solve acute water shortage to about 5,000 families. Solar-powered water ATMs ensure convenient access to safe drinking water, while mobile “Jal Rath” vehicles take water to people located far from plant locations.

NANDGHAR
Cairn has collaborated with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India to create a network of modern fully-equipped crèches (Anganwadi). About 50 Nandghar units are now operational in Barmer District, Rajasthan, benefitting over 1,500 children and 500 women. These centers are equipped with e-learning tools, televisions, solar panels, safe drinking water, and clean toilets. The center also provides pre-packed balanced nutritional feed to the children

HEALTHCARE
Provides affordable healthcare in remote villages by using Mobile Health Vans (MHVs) in Rajasthan and Gujarat. Over 10 MHVs take basic medical services to more than 300,000 people in Rajasthan and Gujarat, reaching more than 244 villages every week. It has collaborated with the Health Department in Andhra Pradesh to functionalize the Primary Health Centre in Surasaniyanam village, by supporting 11 medical staff who offer first aid, including for emergencies.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Cairn Enterprise Centre provides vocational to youth in skills like electrical repair and fittings, computing, mobile phone repair, masonry, as well as soft skills like English-speaking and digital literacy, with support from the Government of Rajasthan and the International Finance Corporation. More than 13,500 youth trained at Cairn skill development centres in Rajasthan, with a placement record of 80%.

PROJECT DIVYANG (SPORTS)
Cairn has supported the Indian National Hockey team in 2012. Under project Divyang, it currently supports three Indian national para-athletes from Rajasthan.
