This is a Home for destitute children especially orphans who are taken care of in a familial environment by CK. The children are provided quality education in good private schools besides in-house tuition.
To provide care and support to orphans, is a need of the hour. When CK started this programme in 2004, it had two options, either to take a large number of orphans and give them an average facility or to enroll a smaller number of orphans and give them the best possible facility.
After a lot of discussions and consultations, CK decided to build a home for children where the stress is given on quality of living and education imparted to the children rather than on number (quantity) of children helped. So, the total capacity of CK Home is 48 only. In this way CK made it possible to focusses on holistic development of a child.
