Education should contribute to the holistic growth and development of individuals while promoting respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, as outlined in international agreements such as the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Kashish operates as a unique Public-Private Partnership under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in India. Our goal is to foster skill development by facilitating the establishment of high-quality vocational training institutions that are financially sustainable. We provide funding to support the development of scalable, for-profit vocational training initiatives. Additionally, we work to establish support systems such as quality assurance mechanisms, information systems, and trainer academies, either directly or through strategic partnerships. By serving as a catalyst for skill development, we aim to attract private investment and enhance the viability of vocational training across 21 sectors under the purview of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

  • MANAS

    MANAS is a comprehensive skill development initiative designed to provide nationwide training opportunities for minority populations. Through partnerships with national and international training organizations on a public-private partnership (PPP) model, MANAS aims to offer training in skills that are currently in high demand. Additionally, MANAS will facilitate access to concessional credit for minority communities to support the expansion of their existing businesses and the establishment of new ones.

    One of MANAS's key objectives is to identify, support, and promote traditional arts and crafts of minority communities that are at risk of being lost due to globalization. The vision of MANAS is to promote inclusive development by equipping minority communities with the skills necessary for sustainable livelihoods, contributing to the overarching goal of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas."
