Kashish operates as a unique Public-Private Partnership under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in India. Our goal is to foster skill development by facilitating the establishment of high-quality vocational training institutions that are financially sustainable. We provide funding to support the development of scalable, for-profit vocational training initiatives. Additionally, we work to establish support systems such as quality assurance mechanisms, information systems, and trainer academies, either directly or through strategic partnerships. By serving as a catalyst for skill development, we aim to attract private investment and enhance the viability of vocational training across 21 sectors under the purview of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
