The foundation conducts various events to raise awareness on the sacrifices of the Indian army. Yuva Prerna is an program that includes an audio and Read more visual presentation and motivational talk for students from various schools. The “Ek Panti EK Soldier” program on Diwali shows gratitude to the soldiers. Mission Ladakh is a program that aims to introduce civilians to the terrain that Indian soldiers fought on. Over 15 expeditions with more than 600 civilians have been conducted. Other programs include motivational talks and the opportunity for civilians and students to interact with soldiers.
Action
Organizes a variety of events to raise awareness of the wars India has fought to protect its sovereignty. Through these occasions, we hope to shed some light on our soldiers' daily lives and show our appreciation for them and their families.

Lakshya Foundation has touched the lives of thousands within tribal communities, revitalizing schools, supporting dropout students, providing healthcare services to around 1000 individuals, and restoring vision through cataract surgeries for 27 tribal people.

Lakshya Foundation's mission is to network human, informational, and financial resources for the advancement of Tribals, aiming to empower marginalized communities to overcome poverty, illiteracy, disease, and exploitation, enabling them to take their rightful place in mainstream society.
Milestones & Track Record
The foundation has established computer training centers for tribal youth, enhanced school infrastructure, created Eklavya Katta knowledge hubs, and provided Skills Development Guidance to equip tribal youth with valuable skills.
