Upskill Management skills and places youth across different parts of India with various renowned organisations. Through Its training centers in Rajast Read morehan and Gujarat It has trained 4400 youth with a 78% placement success rate. The training programs have been conducted as part of Government-funded (MoMA and MoRD) and CSR funded schemes as well as corporate training programs (Recognition of Prior Learning). Besides the grassroots level training and placement work, It has been working on technology platforms to streamline training, data management, reporting and placement for all stakeholders of the skill development ecosystem. It has developed a platform called NODE that enables all the relevant stakeholders to communicate with each other seamlessly and thereby optimize the skilling life-cycle. The platform aims to provide training and livelihood management support to individuals throughout their lifetime as it links skill training, employment opportunities (blue/grey collar), market linkages, credit linkages along with real time monitoring and reporting capabilities for the funding agency.
