    Since 2018, TEA has been assisting the Samagra Shiksha department in Tamil Nadu to fulfil its education goals through the implementation of an NGO Partnerships strategy. Furthermore, TEA has recently embarked on a similar partnership with the Tripura Government. Acting as a Project Management Unit (PMU), TEA is entrusted with tasks such as on-boarding NGOs, developing frameworks, creating reporting templates, and conducting visits and reviews to ensure effective implementation of the partnership initiatives.

The PMU serves as a facilitator, coordinating efforts and leveraging expertise to strengthen educational foundations for children in Madhya Pradesh.

  • System Transformation Initiative Under SATH

    In Madhya Pradesh, TEA collaborates with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) State team as part of the NITI Aayog's SATH-E project. This joint effort aims to bring about education reform across all Elementary and Secondary schools in the state. The collaboration involves conducting diagnostic studies, developing reform strategies, ensuring excellence in implementation, and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation measures to ensure system accountability at a high level.
