Khetee's vision is to develop Durdih village into a model village where each farmer family earns sufficiently through agriculture. Khetee runs capacity-development training programs for farmers, including high-yielding farming methods like System of Rice Intensification (SRI) technology. This works to instill confidence in the farmers' ability to harvest more from less by modifying their crop-management practices. In total, this will allow the farmers to provide a sustainable livelihood for their families, secure food, obtain surpluses, and avoid or repay debts.
