Its initiative, Grand Challenge for Gender and Progress (GAP), focuses on sourcing and empowering models addressing gender equality, encompassing diverse solutions from inclusive products to workplace diversity. Furthermore, it collaborates with Drishti, a marine organisation in Goa, assisting them in various areas including social media outreach, awareness campaigns, and collateral creation for corporate social responsibility and investment presentations.

Unlock Impact serves as a dynamic communications force, crafting impactful stories and solid brand identities for growing organisations while championing women's workforce engagement through a versatile virtual model. Its collaboration with ANDE India involves shaping communication strategies and executing engaging social media content. For Arnetta Technologies, it has revitalized pitch decks and websites, delving into origin and technology. It has reimagined Attrans Management Solutions' brand with a fresh logo, identity, and website. From editing articles to steering social media, its role with ELMS Foundation spans various aspects. Similarly, with Global Schools Forum, it streamlines communications and bolsters brand presence. It partners with Haqdarshak to create diverse communication and marketing materials for a unique platform connecting citizens to welfare schemes.

Unlock Impact is dedicated to driving change in the landscape of women-led businesses. Through its Women Entrepreneur platform, it addresses the challenges of accessing finance, networks, and opportunities that these businesses often face. Its Nüshu Network works to provide entrepreneurs with innovative curriculum, connections, and capital, aiming to diversify the pool of available funding for ventures and increase access for diverse founders. The organisation invests in courageous entrepreneurs addressing complex problems in Asia and advancing Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, Unlock Impact conducts SHELeads, an 8-week virtual leadership programme developed in partnership with GIZ. This programme empowers women entrepreneurs across India to cultivate successful and resilient businesses, nurturing leadership potential in each participant.
