In a six-month engagement, young change makers explore menstruation holistically through sociology, history, biology, and the environment in approximately 40 hours of sessions. Topics encompass menstruation, safe spaces, and leadership skills. The aim is for Catalysts to foster discussions and contribute to a more period-positive society by programme completion.

Green Period Educator Programme
The Green Period Educator (GPE) is a 3-month programme designed for professionals of all ages in both corporate and non-corporate settings. Its goal is to equip participants to initiate discussions on reusable period products in various platforms, such as offices, resident associations, WhatsApp groups, and social media. The programme, totalling 20 hours of sessions, fosters menstrual life skills, facilitation techniques, and the promotion of eco-friendly period products. Participants are encouraged to lead sessions within their communities and refine their skills with feedback during the programme.

#THEPADEFFECT Programme
#ThePadEffect was a 26-day online campaign promoting sustainable menstruation and reducing sanitary waste. It raised awareness of the harmful impact of disposable sanitary napkins on the body and the environment, featuring contributions from various guest contributors. The articles covered diverse aspects of sustainable menstruation. Boondh's piece, "Myth vs Fact: Examining Menstrual Discharge Scientifically," was among FII's 17 most read pieces in 2017.

Stop Period Penalty (SPP) is a campaign shedding light on menstrual discrimination in Indian society, spanning domestic settings, workplaces, public spaces, and more. Boondh will document discriminatory practices, analyze submissions with legal insights, identify patterns, and propose solutions to address these concerns.

Twogether Cup and Cloth Pad Programme
The Twogether Cup and Cloth pad campaign aims to support menstruators without economic means who opt for Boondh cups and cloth pads to manage their periods. Boondh and its partners conduct menstrual life skills sessions and provide reusable period care options like menstrual cups and cloth pads to communities. Beneficiaries contribute INR 50-100 for ownership and usage, promoting sustainable and affordable menstrual hygiene solutions.

Boondh's collaboration with Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative initiated their work within India's prison ecosystem. Together, they developed recommendations to ensure menstrual hygiene in prisons. Capacity-building sessions were conducted based on these recommendations for State Legal Services Authorities, Prison Staff, and Inmates in Karnataka, Haryana, Punjab, Manipur, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Punjab. The recommendations align with the Model Prison Manual, 2016, focusing on addressing systemic menstrual health issues in line with UNESCO's guidelines.
