USF STEM Fellowship Programme
The USF STEM Fellowship is an immersive two-year programme where fellows work as STEM educators in under-resourced rural village schools. It aims to provide equal opportunities for inquiry-driven STEM education to students in Government schools. Fellows facilitate hands-on STEM workshops, execute programme operations, and work on innovative local projects. It engages with stakeholders, train interns, and receive training in inquiry-driven curriculum, programme execution, and technical skills. The fellowship offers a monthly stipend and is open to passionate individuals interested in the education sector and excited about science and technology. The selection process involves an online application, a technical round, and a final interview at its field office.

STEM Projects
Universe Simplified provides a platform for STEM projects aimed at encouraging scientific thinking. It offers a range of basic science experiments and small projects related to topics such as environment, sustainability, and Earth and Space. Projects like building a balloon car, solar fan, Newton's boat, and more are featured, using simple materials. These hands-on projects not only enhance children's practical knowledge but also motivate them to explore and learn about science, the environment, and their surroundings.

As of the 2022-2023 fiscal year, Universe Simplified Foundation was working with 1,500 students and planned to increase this number to around 2,000 over the next two to three years.
