Through The Padho-Padhao Initiative, it aims to narrow the knowledge gap among children, ensuring they meet age-appropriate learning milestones. It prioritizes literacy and numeracy, recognizing the significant challenges students face in these areas, particularly when compounded by socio-economic factors. The after-school classes in Hindi, English, and Mathematics are designed with a child-centric, activity-based approach, informed by thorough research conducted by the team. As a result, the students demonstrate rapid learning progress and are able to achieve grade-level proficiency within 2-3 years of support. This is evidenced by the positive outcomes observed in students who have benefited from The Padho-Padhao Initiative by the end of their second year of participation.

The Early Childhood Program focuses on educating children aged 4-6 years, preparing them for school enrollment. Through this initiative, it engages younger children in learning through play, utilizing proprietary Teaching Learning Method (TLM) materials. The curriculum is tailored to the age group, emphasizing activity-based learning such as reciting poems, phonics instruction, and developing motor skills. The primary objective is to instil a habit of attending school in every child and familiarize them with the school environment, thereby building confidence in those who have not yet entered formal schooling.

The Community Library Project aims to provide top-quality resources to an underserved community, specifically targeting children and youth. Central to this approach is the involvement of community members as active participants, allowing them to shape the use, resources, and operation rules of the library. It collaborates with educators, authors, volunteers, and speakers to engage with community members, offering regular interactions and occasional events. Through access to these resources and interactions, the Community Library Project fosters leadership development among its students, empowering them to utilize their acquired knowledge and skills gained from exploring the library's resources.

The goal is to assist youth in acquiring the necessary skills to secure job opportunities through short-term courses. Saksham primarily benefits youths who have completed their 12th or 10th grade but were unable to continue their studies. Additionally, it supports employed youths seeking to enhance their skills for better earning prospects. Through partnerships with agencies offering short-term courses and workshops focused on skill development and placements, it provides access to various opportunities, including career counseling, basic computer training, and Teach India, a CSR initiative by the Times of India Group, among others.

The primary objective of this initiative is to provide training to 500 women in tailoring techniques, enhancing their skills and performance in this field. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive sewing machines, enabling them to sew clothes and generate income for themselves and their families. This empowerment initiative aims to promote self-reliance among women, allowing them to sustain their livelihoods and meet their daily needs through their own efforts.
