Water Filter Offerings
WATSAN focuses on supplying affordable water filters to address the pressing issue of clean drinking water scarcity in rural India. Utilizing a patented method developed by IMMT - CSIR, it manufactures the CPO Natural Terafil®™ Water Filter, featuring clay and sand-sintered candles with nano clay particles. These candles effectively filter out pathogens, ensuring clean water percolates and collects in the bottom container. The technology has provided clean drinking water to approximately 16,000 households in just one year. BIS test results confirm that the filters meet the required standards for turbidity, iron levels, and micro-organisms, contributing to improved water quality for rural communities.
