The organisation, with an aim to achieve its objective, provides school-based programmes that use visual art and design as a means to foster the development of creative problem solving, positive risk taking, collaboration and communication to encourage learning and life skills development in children. Also, it supports the professional development of teachers by supporting them to engage with the creative process with an aim to reflect on their teaching practice and explore new ways to approach students' learning. Additionally, the organisation works to influence school culture by collaborating with administrators to conduct programmes that enhance student learning through programmes that supplement the school day curriculum. Further, the organisation runs a professional development program 'EdSparks Collective' which aims to provide training to help in exploring the full potential of the visual arts to transform student learning.
