Its activities are centred on diverse sectors, including Health, Education, Sanitation, Nutrition, Skill Development, Renewable Energy, Women and Youth Empowerment, Rural Development, Disaster Relief, Sports, and Sustainable Livelihoods. It serves as the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of the Indiabulls Group, bolstering the Group's commitment to societal well-being through targeted initiatives. The Foundation's vision is to create an inclusive India by empowering underprivileged individuals and establishing sustainable livelihood opportunities for them. Its mission revolves around making a meaningful impact on the lives of its beneficiaries, particularly marginalized communities. To achieve this, the team at Indiabulls Foundation employs a strategic approach. It identifies pressing social issues faced by deprived populations, conducts field assessments, locates remote areas requiring attention, and crafts comprehensive plans for tailored social engagement programmes, ultimately benefiting those in need.

Healthcare Programme
It focuses on improving healthcare access for underserved communities. This includes mobile community healthcare vans providing free medicines and diagnosis, free medical clinics offering consultations and medicines, health camps addressing various diseases, and sponsoring surgeries for cleft palate deformities. Additionally, it provides free dialysis treatment and cataract surgeries, promotes awareness, and distributes wheelchairs to enhance the quality of life for physically challenged individuals, particularly in rural and tribal areas. These initiatives aim to ensure equitable healthcare access and improve the well-being of marginalized populations.

Nutrition Programme
Indiabulls Foundation addresses malnutrition in Maharashtra by distributing Paushtik Aahar, a nutrition supplement made from indigenous cereals, pulses, and grains. This ready-to-use mix doesn't require cooking and significantly boosts the immune system when consumed as directed, aiding in the prevention and combat of malnutrition. The programme has benefited over 1,650,000 individuals, including malnourished children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers in socially and economically disadvantaged families across Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad, and Nashik districts. It reaches out to tribal communities, slums, abandoned and street children, as well as those in orphanages, rehabilitation centres, and through free mobile medical vans and charitable clinics, ensuring nutrition support for those in need.

Education Programmes
Its Education Support Programme aims to facilitate quality higher education for economically disadvantaged students, offering scholarships for various fields like Engineering, Medicine, Law, IT, and more. It has provided over 3,500 such scholarships across India. In addition, it enhances education quality through E-learning systems in rural schools, reaching 7,400 children yearly, and contributes to computer literacy by supplying 1,000 computer sets, benefiting 25,000 students. The organisation also provides school bags to underprivileged students, fostering education access and has partnered with 'ESHA- People for the Blind' for the CLABIL project to make audiobooks available in Indian languages. Furthermore, it sponsors Maharashtra State Certificate in Information Technology (MS-CIT) courses for rural youth, empowering them with IT skills. Finally, it collaborates with Music for Change to spread hope through the universal language of music during challenging times.

Sanitation Programmes
Indiabulls Foundation extends its support to underprivileged women and girls in Maharashtra through the Kumud Project, providing sanitary napkins to over 173,000 individuals for a year in various rural settings. This initiative not only addresses menstrual hygiene but also promotes awareness and empowerment, positively impacting attendance at work and school. In addition, the organisation addresses the issue of barefoot children in Ashram schools and villages in Thane, Raigad, and Palghar districts with its Green Soles initiative. By distributing specially designed footwear made from refurbished soles, they improve mobility and hygiene while also contributing to an eco-friendly environment by reducing carbon emissions by 12,150 lbs. These efforts showcase their commitment to enhancing the well-being of marginalized communities in diverse ways, from sanitation to environmental sustainability.

Skill Development Programme
DistrictIndiabulls Foundation's Skill Development program collaborates with DB Tech Society to empower 600 underprivileged women through three months of training as General Duty Assistants (GDAs), enabling them to provide quality patient care. Certification by the NSDC empowers them for healthcare roles nationwide. In Walwanda, Palghar, the Foundation partners with Bosco Samajik Vikas Sanstha to offer residential skill development and job placement to marginalized youth, covering domains like mechanics, welding, and tailoring. Soft skills, spoken English, and computer training are included. The initiative also trains rural and tribal women in tailoring, and promoting entrepreneurship.
