Child Vision Foundation (CVF) operates as a secular, non-political, and non-profit NGO, headquartered in Mumbai. Established in 2013, CVF is dedicated to addressing the holistic Read morewelfare of children. It has engaged a proficient team of experts and has directly impacted over 10,000 children and adults, with an indirect influence on more than 30,000 individuals. The organisation's endeavours are categorized into several key areas. Firstly, CVF focuses on delivering Quality Education to children, with a commitment to nurturing self-reliance among them. Furthermore, the organisation endeavours to combat Child Abuse by cultivating awareness, skills, and attitudes that prevent instances of child sexual abuse. It extends supportive measures to children who have suffered such abuse. Additionally, CVF offers Therapeutic Support, facilitated by trained therapists, to children who are survivors of sexual abuse, thereby empowering both the affected children and relevant stakeholders. The organisation also serves as a healthcare charity for children, tackling the challenge of providing consistent healthcare interventions to children in need. CVF operates within the framework of Complete Child Care (CCC) in Mumbai, Maharashtra, focusing on a comprehensive approach that encompasses prevention and healing. The organisation extends its reach to adult survivors of child sexual abuse, acknowledging the importance of offering support to prevent re-victimization and aiding in their recovery. The Foundation's mission is aligned with fostering a more empowered India, wherein every citizen has access to basic health, education, and empowerment. Since its establishment in 2013, Child Vision Foundation has positively impacted 10,000 children, receiving support from 25 volunteers and donations amounting to 120 million rupees.
