Its vision is to economically empower marginalised communities, while its mission ensures access to resources for individuals to reach their full potential and contribute to society.

iMpower
iMpower (Initiative for Maximising Potential of Workforce through Ensuring Resources) is a holistic development program by the M3M Foundation aimed at empowering migrant workers, their children, and their families. The initiative provides essential resources to enhance their abilities through comprehensive models, including early childhood care, quality education, healthcare, hygiene, adolescent education, identity and entitlements, digital literacy, and skill training, fostering their overall growth and development.

Kaushal Sambal
Kaushal Sambal is a skill development programme designed to mentor and empower youth from underprivileged sections of society. It focuses on fostering micro, small, and medium enterprises by providing high-quality training, upskilling, and financial support to aspiring entrepreneurs. The program promotes gender equality in employment, reduces reliance on informal sectors, and addresses the nation’s skilled workforce gap, guiding youth toward a brighter and more sustainable future.
Milestones & Track Record
M3M Foundation has launched 24 iMpower Clubs, awarded 918 Saakshar Scholarships, trained 1,610 entrepreneurs through Kaushal Sambal, supported 40 scholars through Lakshya who won 34 medals, and distributed over 54 lakh meals through Kartavya.
