Kaushal Sambal is a skill development programme designed to mentor and empower youth from underprivileged sections of society. It focuses on fostering micro, small, and medium enterprises by providing high-quality training, upskilling, and financial support to aspiring entrepreneurs. The program promotes gender equality in employment, reduces reliance on informal sectors, and addresses the nation’s skilled workforce gap, guiding youth toward a brighter and more sustainable future.
