It also focuses on psychological and emotional wellness. The students learn to take responsibilities and develop a social support system for themselves. The organization provides training to teachers and students helping them to practice peaceful methods to deal with conflicts. It encourages students to build and repair relationships and community. Along with tools and techniques the organization uses didactic teaching method helping under served adults to gain knowledge and skill, relevant to their work. The organization has has created partnerships with various academic institutions, foundations, corporations and NGOs. Currently, it is actively working in Countries in Africa, India and USA.
