The Income Generation Programme (IGP) facilitated by Right Sharing of World Resources (RSWR), based in the USA, has provided support to women living with HIV/AIDS and impoverished young widows from Irula and Dalit communities. Under this initiative, SWEET has assisted these women in launching their own businesses, including vegetable shops, rice flour production, tailoring, petty shops, and flower vending, empowering them economically.

Education Programs are a key focus for SWEET, with the organization currently operating three tuition centers in three villages within the Mailam Block. Five volunteers serve as teachers, having received training in effective teaching techniques, child management, and communication skills. These centers cater to 90 disadvantaged children from Dalit and Tribal communities, serving as the starting point for rural children's development interventions. Funding for these centers comes primarily from local donations provided by well-wishers and friends of SWEET.
