Drawing from J-PAL South Asia's 15-year history, ASPIRE engages in a four-step process involving diagnostic analysis, collaborative solution design and testing, program scaling, and continuous policy refinement through evidence dissemination and Government engagement.

Similarly, in Himachal Pradesh and Manipur, its focus lies on tech-driven governance, advocating for policy changes, and empowering rural communities for improved living standards. With established governance units in each region, the Veddis Foundation is dedicated to identifying systemic gaps and advocating for impactful policy shifts to enhance programme efficiency.
