Impact
Facilitate international grassroots collaborations to develop community-driven resolutions for significant problems facing rural areas. Track the number of community members taking part in impact projects, their development and delivery, the use of community impact funds, community satisfaction, and the application of students' degree fields. Foster compassionate youth leaders with markedly improved empathy and comprehension of people from diverse backgrounds. We assess cognitive empathy between students and community partners, community interaction state empathy, and student participant trait empathy. Facilitate personal changes that boost confidence in one's ability to overcome significant obstacles. In partner communities, we gauge perceptions and self-efficacy.
