It is people’s organisation with a commitment to challenge the inequality and inequity of distribution of power in the socio-political structure. Clai Read morems to have covered 5 tehsils in 4 districts of Rajasthan providing the support to the workers and peasants. Collective issues in concern with human rights maybe related to land, gender, health facilities, education, wages, employment, housing, communalism, market prices, common property issues, alcoholism and governance. Works taking into consideration following points: 1. Collective leadership and decision making. 2. Towards a peoples understanding and a support structure. 3. Use of legal spaces. 4. Perception of the state and civil society. 5. Sources of funds - sources funds from local residents instead of accepting externally from any institute (Indian or non-Indian). 6. Lifestyle and work ethics 7. An ideology defined through the people’s own words and action. Allied associations are : - Mazdoor Kisan Kirana Vypapr Pvt. Ltd. - runs fair price shops for commodities. - School for Democracy (SFD) or Loktantrashala - promotes the concepts and understanding on democracy. Enables eclectic groups of adult learners from diverse social, economic and educational backgrounds to learn about the theory and practice of a functioning democracy. - Rajasthan Asangathit Mazdoor Union - Union for workers in Rajasthan. Allied network / campaigns are: 1. National campaign for people’s right to information. 2. Pension parishad – demands the old age pension 3. Right to food campaign is an informal network of individuals and organisations committed to the realisation of the right to food in India. 4. NREGA Sangharsh Morcha is a national platform of workers' collectives, trade unions, organisations and individuals engaged in public action. 5. Jan sarokar – my vote my right 6. SR Abhiyan - the suchna evum rozgar ka adhikar abhiyan (S.R. Abhiyan) is a campaign to control and right to access resources of the state and the consequent question of equitable sharing. 7. Shiksha ka sawaal abhiyaan - initiates a meaningful citizen – school interface in almost every school across the state.
