Sapna Centres serve as community colleges for rural women, providing them with spaces to learn new skills, network, and access growth opportunities in the modern workforce. These physical centres offer comprehensive training in English, career intelligence, specialized industry skills, and digital literacy. Each course includes guaranteed job placements, on-the-job mentoring, and networking opportunities. In addition to skilling, Sapna Centres prioritize holistic leadership development and incorporate life skills and socio-emotional learning into their interactive and conversational sessions. The first Sapna Center is located in Kandbari, a village in Himachal Pradesh, where women from seven different states are currently enrolled in a residential professional growth programme lasting 9-12 months.
