The Muthoot Group’s third-party, not‑for‑profit healthcare initiative “Muthoot Snehasraya” operates fully equipped mobile medical labs across South India. Designed for prevention and early detection of chronic illnesses, the programme offers free screening for renal issues, diabetes, hypertension, and more. By bringing essential diagnostics directly into underserved communities, Muthoot Snehasraya identifies health risks early on and encourages timely intervention. This proactive outreach underscores the Group’s commitment to accessible, community-centered healthcare, significantly improving quality of life for rural and low-income populations.

Muthoot Housing & Infrastructure, established around 1988–1990, is the real estate and infrastructure arm of the esteemed Muthoot Group, headquartered in Trivandrum and led by Joint Managing Director George Jacob Muthoot. It has delivered numerous residential and commercial projects throughout Kerala, including apartments, villas, medical centres, nursing colleges, and office complexes . With 27 finished ventures and around 17 under development, it emphasizes quality design, reliable timelines, and ethical practices. Future plans involve luxury apartments, budget flats, and upscale hospitality projects across Trivandrum, Kochi, Munnar, Kovalam, and beyond.

The Muthoot Group, through its Education division, manages a diverse portfolio of academic institutions spanning K‑12 schools, nursing colleges, engineering and business institutes.
