Muthoot Housing & Infrastructure, established around 1988–1990, is the real estate and infrastructure arm of the esteemed Muthoot Group, headquartered in Trivandrum and led by Joint Managing Director George Jacob Muthoot. It has delivered numerous residential and commercial projects throughout Kerala, including apartments, villas, medical centres, nursing colleges, and office complexes . With 27 finished ventures and around 17 under development, it emphasizes quality design, reliable timelines, and ethical practices.
