Programs

  • Social Inclusion Programme

    Mphasis F1 Foundation collaborates with various initiatives to advance social inclusion. This includes partnering with The/Nudge LifeSkills Foundation to support incubation and accelerator programmes, addressing poverty and unemployment. Its partnership with the Museum of Art & Photography aims to create an accessible environment for individuals with disabilities and seniors, encompassing infrastructure, programmes, and structural improvements. Additionally, Mphasis supports the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People in advocacy and hosts the NCPEDP-Mphasis Universal Design Awards. It has also launched UberACCESS and UberASSIST, offering wheelchair-accessible cabs and additional assistance for seniors and individuals with disabilities, facilitating thousands of rides to date.

  • Livelihoods Programme

    Mphasis F1 Foundation engages in livelihood-focused initiatives. Partnering with The/Nudge Foundation, it supports the Future Perfect programme, offering English and life skills training to 3780 women students, enhancing their employability. This 5-month programme equips them with language proficiency and job-related skills, boosting their confidence for interviews and workplace success. Mphasis also collaborates with Magic Bus to implement a Cloud-Based Skilling Programme, aiming to upskill 800 young graduates from lower socioeconomic backgrounds for cloud computing roles in three cities, forging valuable connections with potential employers.

  • Education Programmes

    Mphasis F1 Foundation is deeply involved in education. It has a Lab for Machine Learning and Computational Thinking at Ashoka University and partners with IIT Madras for quantum computing research. Mphasis supports Plaksha University with international ties and IIITB's Center of Excellence for Cognitive Computing, focusing on accessibility solutions. It collaborates with the Akanksha Foundation for child education and assists SOS Children's Village India in supporting 300 children through the 'VIDYA' project.

  • Sustainability Programmes

    Mphasis F1 Foundation actively promotes sustainability. They partner with United Way of Bengaluru and the Department of Horticulture, Government of Karnataka, to create a dense forest on an 11-acre plot in the Botanical Garden in Karnataka, planting over 100,000 dry deciduous tree saplings. In addition, it engages in the restoration of Dommasandra Lake in Bengaluru, aiming to improve water quality, enhance biodiversity, and benefit the local community. It also supports United Way Bengaluru's "One Billion Drops" campaign, constructing percolation wells to conserve rainwater in Bengaluru, particularly in Lalbagh Botanical Garden. These efforts reflect their commitment to environmental preservation and community well-being.
