Menstrual awareness workshops
The primary objective of this workshop is to impart knowledge, raise awareness, and establish a safe and open platform for candid discussions about menstruation. The workshop seeks to cultivate empathy and support for individuals experiencing menstruation. The workshop covers various critical topics, including the biological aspects of menstruation, menstrual hygiene practices, dispelling myths and taboos, examining cultural perspectives, addressing period poverty, emphasizing the significance of menstrual education, and fostering a culture of support and understanding.
