The Rogi Sahayata Kendra (RSK) extends support to individuals seeking medical assistance, while the Global Fund Round-9 TB project, in collaboration with Southern Health Improvement Samity (SHIS) through World Vision India, focuses on raising awareness about tuberculosis and facilitating treatment. The organisation also contributes to the community's well-being through Blood Donation and Health Check-up Camps, where each camp features a doctor and a helper providing free consultations. Additionally, BBA conducts Eye Check-up Camps in partnership with Suvendu Eye Care, Gobrapota, Krishnanagar, offering complimentary cataract screenings and supporting patients with necessities such as medicine and sunglasses.

    Bethuadahari Bhorer Alo (BBA) actively promotes skill development and education through various programmes. NCVT offers courses in Spoken English and Soft Skills, providing free computer and tailoring training. In the National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM), BBA imparts free computer training to enhance digital literacy. As an authorized training partner of PBSSD, Govt of West Bengal, BBA provides training in trades like computer skills, agriculture, medical & nursing, accounts, and spoken English. The organisation identifies and motivates dropout children for re-enrollment through the Education for Dropout Child initiative, establishing evening schools for their continued education. BBA also encourages youth sports participation by organising football, cricket, and volleyball tournaments with support from the Department of Sports.
