Project Laadli, an initiative by Pagaria Welfare Foundation, is dedicated to empowering women and girls in India, referred to as "laadli," meaning beloved females. This project's mission focuses on addressing critical aspects of their lives, including menstruation, pregnancy, marriage, and overall women's empowerment. The organisation's efforts revolve around raising awareness, ensuring access to essential products during menstruation, pregnancy, and marriage, and ultimately enabling these women to live with dignity, free from myths and taboos. The project's core objective is to enhance their well-being, offer employment opportunities, and establish a robust support network for their empowerment. Key areas of emphasis encompass menstrual health and puberty awareness, support for marriage and pregnancy needs, and the promotion of entrepreneurial and self-reliant mindsets to secure a decent livelihood.

Project Khushi, led by the Pagaria Welfare Foundation, focuses on gathering volunteer contributions and in-kind donations, including clothes, uniforms, toys, stationery, furniture, shoes, and books. These items are collected, sorted, packed, and then distributed to rural areas across India in collaboration with local partners. The project operates under the guiding principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle, promoting the responsible use of resources to bring joy and essential items to those in need in rural communities across the country.
