The LGBT Employment Programme
The LGBT Employment Programme Centre is a collaborative initiative creating inclusive workplaces and job opportunities for trans and gender non-conforming individuals. Operating in partnership with programmes in various cities, it facilitates employment and provides technical assistance, sharing its model with communities. The programme aids community members in combating daily discrimination, transforming workplaces, and reintegrating trans individuals into the workforce. The initiative addresses labour market access challenges through employer support, HR LGBT training, policy review, job search assistance, and workshops covering various job training and life support aspects.

Relationship Counselling programme
IRAIVI employees and volunteers remain available for ongoing assistance. The counselling services include access to LGBT affirmative therapy, sessions with specialized LGBT therapists, free counselling for individuals and couples, relationship counselling, and legal aid advice. Additionally, doctors' advice for surgeries is provided. The commitment extends to offering comprehensive support, ensuring that individuals and couples within the LGBT community have access to essential counselling services tailored to their unique needs.
