    Pollinate Group is committed to the comprehensive advancement of SURs (Suryamukhis) and supports them in honing their skills by identifying eight key competencies through diverse training sessions facilitated by field mobilizers. The performance of SURs is assessed quarterly based on these competency skills, with scores ranging from 1 to 5 (1 indicating the lowest and 5 representing the highest performance level).
