  • Night School Transformation Program

Night School Transformation Program (NSTP).In addition to the NSTP, we have three verticals –The Career Cell, Tech-on-Wheels (TOW) and Evening Learning Centers (ELC). The Career Cell focuses on skilling and employment for Night School students while the TOW program imparts technology courses through well-equipped buses to underprivileged students in Day and Night Schools. The ELCs support the out of schools, dropouts and adolescents to pass 10’¹ grade especially in areas where Night Schools are not an option. We are planning to expand our NSTP model to territories across India The Program is specifically designed to meet the needs of Night Schools and its individual students. It is based on a 3-pronged intervention model consisting of interdependent focus areas for school transformation, namely Education Infrastructure and Inputs, Capacity Building for all Stakeholders and Advocacy. Masoom's Night School Transformation Program has been designed such that it can be easily replicated and implemented in schools and states across India. It is the only comprehensive model in use in the history of Night Schools.
