Conducts programs to involve women (mainly wives of the driver partners) to create handmade products and provide them financial support by purchasing Read morethese craft items for employee gifts. Helps women learn new skills. Trains women with required skills for employment opportunities. It is done in partnership with an academy for employment-linked skill training. Partners with an NGO to provide door-step financial literacy education to women for creating awareness and helping them in savings or start a business. Contributes to the community welfare by providing access to the opportunities, resources and knowledge to the women for sustainable life.
