Gram Shree

GramShree assists CSOs and NGOs with the technical development of their recruitment and selection processes. Development of the organization's entire human resource policy, which covers the process of developing young professionals and enhancing the capabilities of current employees.

GramShree had experience in the hiring and selection of personnel for NGOs, CSOs, and various government initiatives. It offers assistance with hiring, integrating, and developing the skills of an organization's workforce. We also take on tasks like sub-sector analysis, business plan formulation for community organizations and microenterprises, program review, and impact evaluation.
