Local Path Ways is an initiative which encourages urban youth to become leaders of change in society. It is a New York based organisation inviting stu Read moredents from all over the world. It provides guidance and learning courses to the enrolled youth by inviting eminent personalities to address them and show them the way forward. Monthly webinars are conducted where industry experts share their knowledge with the youth. It also provides the enrolled youth opportunities to work on projects which attempts to solve an issue in their home cities. Experts help the students in research and then arrive at solutions to the issue. The solutions are then designed into workable formats for execution. The students can benefit from a global network of 75 cities around the globe through which exchange of ideas are enabled. Its quite possible that an issue in a particular city is similar to another city, this can help the student to study already implemented solutions and find a fit in their home cities. The organisation provides students with chances of recognition by encouraging them to participate in international conferences and present their projects before a global audience.
