Our Mission Developing the potential of young population, women and girls to drive long lasting equitable changes. We strategically emphasise on improving people’s health and wellbeing, inclusive education, gender equitable and sustainable livelihood opportunities and promoting the rights and voices of women and girls to ensure their full participation in political, social, and economic systems and stand with them against exploitation and discrimination. Our efforts are focused to fight against underlying causes of poverty, building safe, secure and resilient communities and ensuring a life of dignity for all from the most excluded, marginalised and vulnerable communities, especially among Dalits and Adivasis. Our Board RDF Board consists of dynamic professionals as volunteers spanning across various sectors including IT, Management, Finance and also includes Doctors and elite Senior Citizens, who are enthusiastic to work towards rebuilding lives of young people and restoring their dreams. 1. Jacob Issac Able Advisory Board Member from Artificial Intelligence background 4. Leena and Kuldeep John are the Founder & Director of RDF. They have worked in India and Africa and have more than three decades of expertise in the development sector.

Objective 2022-25 Objective 1. Ensuring need based support and access to inclusive quality education for children. Objective 2. To provide after school program (STEM Education through smart class) to underserve children studying in schools. Objective 3. Ensuring access of reproductive health education and rights to adolescence girls through collaboration with schools, communities, governments and partner organisations. Objective 4. To bring greater understanding and knowledge to stakeholders on gender, children rights, Child Marriage, Child labour and human trafficking.

Impact

Some details on our Impact 1. CSR Program-Developed smart class rooms in Namdev Gangaran Shundhe School ,Village Guroli Purander Pune to bring quality education to 1000 children from 8 villages of Purander taluka. 2022-23 2. CSR Program- 36 children living in Children home in Motihari Bihar taken care off for their food, education, cloths for entire year for 2022 and 2023. 3. 600 girls reached and empowered on MHM and other health hygiene so far in schools Navi Mumbai year 2021 and 2022 4. RDF Scholarship helped three girls to start their courses in Pharmacy course, Patient care, and Nursing Course.2022 5. 177 underserve children are getting resources like books and stationery from past two years.2022 and 2023 6. 120 girls living in government shelter homes in Mumbai and Bhiwandi received educational support in 2021-22 7. 35 families (80 adults and 110 children) waste picker living in Palghar district received ration support for 9 months in 2019 and 2020 during COVID time..

  • Education and development of talents- Smart Class Rooms-CSR Program

    Committed to the digital transformation of society, the Foundation is also involved in training pupils and their teachers in digital technologies.

    1. support for innovative projects aimed at introducing digital skills into schools
    RDF has developed this particular Digital Classroom project to initiate, design and implement an effective quality educational intervention strategy targeted at the poor and the disadvantaged communities living in Pune District.
    2. The project is in line with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, as a standard for creating and promoting a common vision of DIAM Display India PVT Ltd., and Restoring Dreams Foundation. Naamdev Gangaram Shingade Vidyalaya (School) project will specifically contribute towards increasing quality education opportunities for 2000 marginalized children in 8 rural villages around Guroli, Tahsil - Purandhar, District Pune

  • Adolescence Empowerment Project

    RDF Objective 2. To collaborate with schools, communities, governments and partner organization's to bring greater understanding and knowledge to stakeholders on adolescence reproductive health and education, gender, children rights, child marriage, child labour and human trafficking

    RDF Education and Health initiative is a part of high-profile, high-level political advocacy drive to accelerate actions and investments to prevent gender bias, discrimination, violence and abuse. It is centred on the empowerment of adolescent girls and young women and the achievement of gender equality in India with secondary education as the strategic entry point.

    Our goal is that every adolescent girl in India completing secondary school, safe, strong, empowered. So far We have reached to 600 young girls in Navi Mumbai schools .

  • Gifted Children and Young People - Mahima Home - CSR Program

    Mahima home in Motihari Bihar is home for 36 abandoned and orphan children who finds love and care under this Child Care Institution(CCI). CSR project of ATEQ Systems Analytic India Pvt. Ltd in partnership with Restoring Dreams Foundation. Investing in positive initiatives for the future of children and young people living in poverty. Growing up in poverty has an impact on every aspect of the day-to-day life of a child and even on his/her future life as an adult. RDF has been working to ensure that every child has the same opportunities to develop and blossom, and to combat the intergenerational transmission of poverty.

  • EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF TALENTS ( Gifted and Talented Individuals)

    Contributing to inclusive and effective education and giving every talented person an opportunity to develop his/her potential.
    Support for actors of change working for the common good.
    1. Through the RDF Support Program, provide intensive support to talented young people from vulnerable backgrounds so as to maximise their chances of success in higher education and facilitate their entry into professional life
    2. Through the RDF Skill development Program, contribute to the development of talented young professionals’ skills so that they can actively participate in the development of the Indian economy.
    3. Develop initiatives that enable young people from different backgrounds to meet and work together
    There are three young adults girls presently part of this program and going through their job oriented skill development program in different places.
