They end up selling their raw produce which fetch less money than a value added product would have fetched. The machine developed by Kissan Dharambir enables to value add to raw produce for e.g. aloe vera converted and processed into juice, face cream, hand wash, face packs. It indirectly also helps to save on transportation costs to carry the raw produce for processing to the city or appropriate facilities. It gives rise to new business opportunity to the marginal to small farmers to increase their income through use of the machine to transform the produce to other useful products. The machine is made out of food grade stainless steel and is capable of processing a variety of produce like: • Aloe Vera: Herbal Juice, Hair Gel, Face Wash, Shampoo, Hand Wash, Extract, Powder • Mango: Juice, Chutney, Jam • Amla: Juice, Powder, Extract, Hair Oil, Candy, Sweets, Laddoo. • Tulsi, Aswagandha, Satavar, Herbs : Juice, exatracts • Flowers like rose, chameli, lavender etc: Extract and essence It features two electric heaters, an automatic cut off and control panel. It is available in two processing capacities of 50 Kg and 150 Kg.
