It has field health co-ordinators who connect to the people on the ground and identify symptoms. These symptoms are entered into the software which generates data about the disease, preliminary actions, which Government benefits and schemes are available for the disease and guidelines to the nearest Government healthcare facility. The software provides an easy way to register a beneficiary and keep records of the medical history. The field health co-ordinator also helps the person to reach the Government facility and avail benefits under various Government programmes like PMJAY, MPJAY, Sanjeevani Telemedicine, Generic Medicine, Insurance scheme, unsecured Medical loans etc. To aid in follow-up post diagnosis and treatment the application provides a telemedicine facility where the patient can be reached through through hand held devices rather than travel to the location which eases the work of medical staff.
