It Read more works to improve content and context of education through transformation of schools and equipping the teachers in various ways. It goes about transforming schools under its guidance by first skilling the teachers in training methods, better communication, storytelling, class management, making good lesson plans, creating e-learning content, teaching methods and to make schools more accountable and motivated it provided training in annual planning, smart workplans, regular appraisals and standard operating procedures. It uses a mobile application and manages a website “Vschool” to provide free education to students. It partners with the education departments, trains teachers on the ways to use Vschool. The content on Vschool is carefully created and approved by the teachers. The website and mobile application are enabled to be used by multiple children at a time on a single mobile. Its full of graphs, images, audios, worksheets and animations to make learning more fun. The students can download lessons and learn offline as and when convenient. It caters to students from different language backgrounds like Marathi, Urdu and Semi English. The software enables students and parents to track progress, compete against other students and also is a source of reports for schools, blocks and district levels to assess performances. The software is available for free and can be adopted by any school, district, department or state. The organisation helps in training the people involved in implementing Vschool about its features and how to maximize benefits through its usage.
