Through the application It provides free medical consultations, booking of appointments with doctors, list of doctors in various disciplines in the given area and also information about basic health care and solutions to basic issues. The application also stores the users health records for convenient reference and features a query feature where the user can ask about his/her issue and get a response free of any charges. To address healthcare access in remote villages the organisation has provided vehicles which are called eClinic Kiosk’s. These moving clinics park in remote villages and deliver healthcare to the people villages. The services provided are consultations with specialists, diagnostic tests, delivery of necessary medicines, health awareness camps and women empowerment sessions. It has set up a covid care center in Lakhimpur Kheri district, Uttar Pradesh and is raising funds to procure oxygen concentrators and covid care supplies. It also offers a covid home care plan for a fees wherein the covid patient is remotely monitored by specialists, complete diet plan is formulated, doctors are connected 24 by 7 and counselling for mental wellness is conducted regularly.
