It believes that young people need to be given a second chance to prove themselves and assists them in doing so and identifies their interests. Based on their interests in arts or computers or both they are trained in the specific skill post which they are also assisted in finding employment and a sustainable livelihood. The youth are also assisted in completing their full course of academics to make them training ready. It uses art and creativity to bring positive changes in the life of the youth, encouraging them to modify their attitude. The youth are fed with motivation and taught life skills so that they do not find themselves any lesser than more privileged youth in the country. Vocational training is imparted to them based on their interests together with meditation sessions conducted by partner organisations, to provide mental health support and transform their thinking towards the path of progress. Digital training enables the youth to be ready for the twenty first century and find employment very easily drawing them away from exploitation and a life of crime. The youth are placed in appropriate jobs or enable them with advice and consultation if they wish to start an initiative of their own.
