Ruas aims to honour creativity and create financial independence for the women artisans of different tribes in India. It is also working to ensure tha Read moret the environment is not affected by Its activities by using recycled materials for its handicrafts and reuse any scraps and waste to create new products that are traditional but cater to modern tastes. It encourages the embroidery products of tribes like the Ahir, Suf, Jat and Toda. Their product range includes hand embroidered straps for cameras, guitars, bags and other traditional handicrafts.
