Our organization's three guiding concepts are student-led leadership, student co-creation and design, and student choice-driven active involvement. We use the "Peer Teaching Model" to adhere to these three principles, which reorganize the roles of responsibility inside and outside of classrooms.

Offline Peer Teaching
StateStudents in Grades 7 and up are prepared to teach their juniors (Grades 4-7) through our in-school peer teaching program. Senior students who are designated as student leaders receive resources, subject training, and tools to help them design engaging lessons for their students. Student-leaders can also develop their future-ready abilities and mindset through leadership sessions.
