    In the Peer Teaching initiative, senior students, designated as Student Leaders, undergo a meticulous selection process based on their competencies. Paired with 4-5 junior students, they collaboratively create joyful spaces to address foundational numeracy and literacy gaps. Through active participation, learners receive personalized support, bridging crucial gaps and enhancing their preparedness for upcoming grades. Student Leaders assume a leadership role, honing skills such as communication, problem-solving, and empathy. Reflections and leadership sessions further enrich their experience, contributing to both immediate and lasting positive changes among students.
